Orders generally ship within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours when placed over the weekend. All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), unless customers require other service.
We charge a flat rate of $10.20 for anything you order within the US. (Includes Shipping & Handling)
USPS will deliver to P.O. Boxes, military bases, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Orders are trackable, so please provide a valid e-mail address at the time of order and you will receive a tracking number when your package ships. Your credit card will be billed at that time.

Your purchase is unconditionally guaranteed! That means, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will replace or refund your purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
If you do need to return your purchase please contact us via service@C5jewelry.com All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order and must be packaged properly. It is your responsibility to pack the return in such a matter that it will not be damaged in shipment and affix the proper postage.
